All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
Return and Exchange Policy
Jolie understands that Internet shopping is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received, Jolie will happily exchange or issue a credit for the purchase price (Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by Jolie).
A credit of the full purchase price less $8.95 to cover original shipping costs (if the free shipping threshold was obtained).
Items need to be returned, at customer's expense, in original packaging with tags attached - and unworn and unwashed. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Jolie will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
Jolie takes great care in packaging your order so that it arrives at your doorstep intact and requests the same care be taken with returns. Jolie will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post.
Please notify Jolie within 7 days of receipt should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre-approved by Jolie. Please clearly display your name (as indicated on invoice) on the returning package.
Jolie reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Store credits are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
Items purchased on SALE are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty.
Once again, it is highly recommended that any returns or exchanges are sent via Registered Post as Jolie will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail or the condition they are received at HQ.
Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee.
